Buying and selling is done by plant managers and purchasing and used machinery dealers. Companies with surplus equipment to sell may list it free of charge and set a buy it now price and a reserve. Companies that need equipment may bid for these listings. Listings last 6 months and this can be extended if there is no buyer. Sellers can accept a bid or make counter offers.
